General Faq
Q. If I order today how soon can you ship my items?
A. Every gown we carry are made-to-order, even the standard size dresses. The standard time of delivery is 20-25 business days. You will receive an email from our representative of the estimate date of arrivial on your dresses. If you want the order to be rushed, please indicate that on the order form.
Q. How much additional is rush order?
A. Rush order is an additional $30 per dress.
Q. How do I pay for my order after I filled out the order form?
A. Click on the check-out button, and it will direct you to a secured payment page
Q. How is the tax on my order calculated?
A. We charge sales tax to California residents because Verposh.com's corporate office is in California. We also honor each state's guidelines concerning sales and use tax, which is determined by the destination address of your shipment.
Q. Do you have a store front?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have a store front as this moment.
Q. What is your return & exchange policy?

A. Is my credit card number and information secure?
Q. Our mission is to provide you with a safe and convenient online shopping experience, and we definitely understand your concerns with using your credit card to make purchases. We currently use Paypal payment, which Paypal is the leading online payment company with advance security to protect customer information.
Order Faq
Q. I have placed an order but how come I have not received a confirmation email?
A. SPAM filtering is the leading cause for this so please first check that your email account is set to accept emails from us. Should this is not to be the cause then you can either email us to request for another confirmation customerservice@verposh.com
Q. How can I retrieve my order status?

Q. Can I place an order outside of United States?
A. Currently, we only take the orders from United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Q. What do I do if I have not received my order and it has past the Estimate time of arrival?
A. We don't like our customers guessing on the arrival of their merchandise. Usually, we will communicate with you your order status via email. If you have not received our e-mails, please contact us at customerservice@verposh.com

Q. How quickly do you ship?
A. We will ship your order to you at once we received it from the factory.
Q. Can you please provide the status of my shipment?
A. We will e-mail you tracking number once the shipment has gone out.
Q. Do you ship to United Kingdom (or overseas)?
A. Yes, we do.
Q. What is the cost and time in transit for shipping to U.K.?
A. The shipping cost to U.K. is a flat rate of $40. The transit time would be between 10 -15 business days. So, remember, it does pay to order ahead.
